Methods of Payment
Credit Card Orders: MilitarySpecPackaging.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as payment. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address and other relevant information as it is on file with the issuing bank of your credit card. If you are a first time customer and need to have your package shipped to a different address than your billing address, please contact your credit card issuing bank and add that shipping location to your credit card.
Minimum Order
$30.00 before freight, shipped to one destination. A $5.00 handling charge will be added to any order under $30.00.
Pricing
Prices are based on orders being shipped at one time to one destination. Prices are subject to change. You will always be notified of any changes at time of order.
Our Personal Check Policy
We can accept personal/business checks. While we attempt to bank-approve personal checks for immediate shipment, this may not always be possible and we may hold your order for 10-12 business days. Business checks are treated as regular personal checks. Customers whose checks are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the check.
Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for injuries caused by the use of products sold by MilitarySpecPackaging.com. We will not be liable for injury, lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. In no event shall MilitarySpecPackaging.com, its directors, officers, employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, legal, or punitive damages related to product sold. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to MilitarySpecPackaging.com arising from any product sold on the MilitarySpecPackaging.com sites or otherwise shall be the price of the product ordered. Under no circumstances will MilitarySpecPackaging.com or its employees be liable for any violation of the law in relation to products sold. We are not responsible for typos and misprints of product names and descriptions. If you feel there are discrepancies in the product name or descriptions please call for complete names, descriptions, and features of products.
Fraud Protection Policy
Fraud Protection/Credit Card Security: Here at MilitarySpecPackaging.com we have taken steps to deter fraudulent credit card use. As part of our fraud protection program, we ask that customers make sure that their billing name and address match those on the credit card. If you have a shipping address that is different than your billing address, please notify your card issuer and make sure this information is on file. Having an alternate shipping address is becoming common practice, and your card issuer should be happy to help you in this regard. Just let them know that you are placing orders via the Internet and would like this alternate address. This will help speed your order along. If an order is flagged as potential fraud because the order address does not match, the order will be delayed. We will then follow-up on the order by phoning the number listed on the order form and by speaking with the card issuer. We will make every attempt to reach you and clarify the situation, however, if we cannot reach you within 72 hours, the order will be deleted.
International orders
We only accept certified money orders or authorized wire transfers. |
